Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Filip Jelev, an individual based in Bulgaria ("we", "us"), covering your use of the Lazy Sheep game. By playing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not play.

2. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Lazy Sheep for your own entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game, take it apart to extract its assets or code, or build another product from it.

3. Your account

Lazy Sheep does not require you to register. The game creates a random player number for you and keeps your progress against it. You are responsible for what happens under your player number. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.

4. Coins and other virtual items

This section matters most, so it is plain:

• Coins, upgrades and cosmetic items are a licence to use a feature of the game. You do not own them as property.
• They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another player or another game.
• Coins you buy are added to your account once the purchase is confirmed. Coins you earn by playing are added as you play.
• If you reset your progress with Start new game, or ask us to delete your data, your coins and everything bought with them are lost. This cannot be undone, and we cannot restore them.
• We may change the price of items, the amount of coins a pack contains, or what coins can buy. We will not take away coins you have already paid for.
• If we ever shut the game down, unspent coins may be lost. Where the law gives you a right to a refund in that situation, that right is unaffected by this paragraph.

5. Purchases and refunds

Purchases are made through Apple on iPhone and iPad, or through Google Play on Android, and are subject to their terms. We do not process payments and never see your payment details.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us. To request one on iPhone or iPad, use Apple's "Report a Problem" page or your purchase history; on Android, use your order history in Google Play. If you are a consumer in the EU you may also have a statutory right of withdrawal; note that this right is normally lost once digital content has been delivered with your agreement, which is what happens when coins are added to your account immediately.

6. Advertising

Lazy Sheep does not currently show advertising. We may introduce it. If we do, the Privacy Policy will be updated first to say what the advertising provider collects.

7. How to behave

Lazy Sheep has usernames, friends and multiplayer races. So:

• Choose a username and display name that are not offensive, hateful, obscene, impersonating someone else, or advertising something.
• Do not harass other players.
• Do not cheat: no modifying the game, no automating play, no interfering with the game's connection to our server to manufacture scores, coins or results.
• Do not attempt to break into, overload or disrupt our servers.

We may remove a name that breaks these rules, remove dishonest scores or coins gained by cheating, or suspend access for a player who seriously or repeatedly breaks them. A suspension is always decided by a person, and it may also apply to the device, as described in the Privacy Policy (section 11). If you think we got it wrong, write to us.

8. Names you choose

Your username and display name are shown to other players. By choosing them you allow us to display them inside the game for that purpose. Please do not put personal information, your real full name or contact details into them.

9. The game will change

Lazy Sheep is under active development. Levels, balance, prices and features may be added, changed or removed, and the game may be unavailable at times. We do not promise that the game will always be available or free of faults.

10. No warranty, and the limits of our responsibility

The game is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress, or lost virtual items.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law - including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by anything written here.

11. Ending the agreement

You may stop at any time by deleting the game, and you may erase your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

12. Apple and Google

This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the game or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

If you got the game from Google Play, this agreement is likewise between you and us, not with Google. Google is not responsible for the game or its content, and Google Play's own terms also apply to your download and your purchases.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and you may bring proceedings there.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and significant changes will be announced in the game.
